The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the management and utilization, including land application, of animal manure; to regulate the location, design, construction, installation, alteration, closure, and use of animal manure storage facilities and animal feeding operations so as to protect the health and safety of residents.

No person may undertake an activity subject to this chapter without obtaining an Animal Manure Permit from Taylor County LCC.
