The board may go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19. 85(1)(e) for purposes of conducting public business with competitive or bargaining implications (topic: on-going negotiations of a contract for emergency services). No action will be taken in closed session.
The committee will reconvene in open session and may take action approving the proposal of a contract.
Presentation and discussion of ambulance contract with representatives from Aspirus.
