Note: The Committee will discuss and may act on the following items:

1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Approve the Agenda.
3. Approve Minutes of the April 28, 2026 meeting.
4. Review/act on proposed 2026 Surveyor budget.
5. Review/act on proposed 2026 Land Information budget.
6. Review/act on proposed 2026 Assessment of Property budget.
7. Annual discussion on GPS in County Surveyor vehicle.
8. Discuss/act on parcels that have not been redeemed and the procedure for any occupied property in our foreclosure program.
9. The committee may go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purposes of conferring with legal counsel for Taylor County regarding the strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is involved. The topic to be discussed pertains to legal advice pertaining to the post-judgement 2026 In Rem Foreclosure Proceeding, its subsequent eviction action, and possible settlement options.
10. The meeting will be reconvened into Open Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85, to address actions stemming from the Closed Session.
11. Set a tentative date for the In Rem Land Auction.
12. Set new meeting date.
13. Adjournment.
