The Wisconsin Well Woman Program is part of the Wisconsin Women’s Health Campaign. Health agencies and associates work with volunteer associations to educate women about their health and make sure they can get the health screenings they need.

Health Screenings For You

The Well Woman Program can assist you get FREE screenings, diagnostic tests and referrals related to:

  • Breast Cancer
  • Cervical Cancer

  • The WWWP Coordinator will be able to assist with:
    • Determining screening eligibility and services needed
    • Transportation and appointment scheduling
    • Provide follow up to ensure completed screenings and to assist with finding treatment resources

You May Be Eligible if:

  • You are a woman, age 45 – 64
  • You do not have health insurance
  • Your insurance does not cover screening exams
  • You cannot pay deductibles or co-payments
  • Your income meets the guidelines

Please Note:

  • Enrollment must be completed and approved through a WWWP Regional office prior to contacting any WWWP provider for screening services.
  • To Enroll:  WWWP Enrollment can be completed by phone for Clark, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Portage, Taylor, and Wood Counties by calling 715-345-5776. When a WWWP Coordinator processes your enrollment you will be called or mailed a copy of the enrollment form and informed that you are either eligible for services or ineligible.
