Perkinstown Motorized Trail
This trail system is located 14 miles west of Medford with a trailhead located on STH 64. A second trailhead is located at the Chippewa Campground Boat Landing. This is a two way multi recreational trail that is approximately 20 miles in length. There maybe a parking fee to park at USFS trail heads. The trails system is closed April 1st to April 30th. Summer trail maintenance is performed by the Taylor Made ATV Club.
The Pine Line is a rail-trail in Taylor and Price counties. The trail is 26.2 miles long running from Allman Street in Medford to Morner Road in Price County. The southern most three miles of the trail is surfaced with limestone screenings. The remainder of the trails is surfaced with crushed gravel. This trail is part of the winter snowmobile/ATV trail system. It is open to non-motorized use when not open to snowmobiles. [click here]
Camp 8 ATV Trail System
The trailhead is located 5.5 miles east of Rib Lake in the Taylor County Forest. There is 15 miles of two-way trails. Taylor Made ATV Club.
Ice Age Trail
There is approximately 65 miles of Ice Age Trail winding through Taylor County. The trail is located on private, USFS and county forest land with many trailheads throughout the county. iceagetrail.org

Winter Snowmobile Trail
Taylor County has over 300 miles of groomed snowmobile trails maintained by 11 local snowmobile clubs. Portions of the trails are open to ATVs. Gerstberger Pines Nature Trail
This is a 3/4 mile long nature trail winding through this county owned forest. The forest has many large diameter white pine, hemlock, red oak and maples. Some of the trees are in excess of 200 years old. The trail is located south of Rib Lake on Turba Road. From Rib Lake take 102 east to CTH C and drive south one mile to Fawn Avenue. Drive 1/2 mile east on Fawn to Turba Road and the trailhead is 1/2 mile south on Turba Road.
