16. The Highway Committee will go into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility – Highway Commissioner. A roll call vote will be taken.

17. The meeting will reconvene in Open Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.83 to take any necessary action on the matter discussed in Closed Session.
18. Resolution to Re-Elect Benjamin Stanfley as Taylor County Highway Commissioner beginning January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2030
