3. Approve the minutes of July 9, 2026, Taylor County Housing Authority committee meeting
4. Pay Administrative Expenses associated with NWRPC administration
5. Discuss assignment of TCHA HOME/HCRI mortgages to Northwest Affordable Housing and Approve Payment to NWRPC $9,540 related to assignment of mortgage and distribution of letters to homeowners and to insurance companies.
6. Approve transfer of grant accounts HOME 0895, HCRI trip funds 0925, and HCRI Homebuyer 0887 accounts to Northwest Affordable Housing to continue to use funds for DOA grant awarded purposes and repayments.
7. Approve payment of $20,000 to NWRPC towards future satisfaction of mortgages to the 80 HOME/HCRI loans (33 HCRI & 47 HOME).
8. Discussion and possible action to sell TCHA rental home.
9. Discussion and possible action regarding Admin 0933 and 2nd Street 5307 accounts.
10. Adjourn.
