Note: The Committee will discuss and may act on the following items:
1. Call Meeting to order.
2. Approve the agenda.
3. Approve the minutes of April 17 , 2026, Executive Committee meeting.
4. The Executive Committee will go into Closed Session at approximately 9:05 a.m. pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c), Wisconsin State Statutes, for the purpose of discussing Administrative Coordinator/Human Resource Manager annual performance Evaluation. The Closed Session is expected to last for approximately 30 minutes. A roll call vote will be taken.
5. The meeting will reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Section 19.83, Wisconsin State Statutes, to address actions stemming from the Closed Session.
6. Administrative Coordinator signatory authority.
7. Administrative Coordinator/HR Manager report.
8. Other items from the committee.
9. Adjourn.
