The Zoning Committee will DISCUSS AND MAY ACT on the following items:           

1. Call meeting to order
2. Approve minutes of the February 25, 2026 Zoning meeting
3. Approve the agenda
4. Review Taylor County Community Perspectives on Large-Scale Solar and Wind Development report and prepare recommendations to the County Board
5. Review/approve bills paid listing since last meeting
6. Building statistics comparison to date
7. Appliance & electronic collection conducted
8. Upcoming Hazardous waste collection
9. Comprehensive Plan update
10. Budget line items
11. The Zoning Committee may go into Closed Session by taking a roll call vote at approximately 10:15 a.m. pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c), Wisconsin State Statutes, for the purpose of discussing Zoning Administrator’s annual performance evaluation. The Closed Session is expected to last for approximately 15 minutes.
12. The meeting will reconvene in Open Session pursuant to Section 19.83, Wisconsin State Statutes, to take any necessary action on the matter discussed in Closed Session.
